TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A prize draw will take place every quarter from 1st November 2006 until further notice.

2. The winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by us in each quarter. The first winning entry will be drawn on 1st November 2006 and a further winning entry drawn on the 1st day of every 3rd month thereafter until further notice.

3. No cash alternative is offered and the prize is non-transferable. The winner will be notified by email. The notification will include details on how the prize can be claimed.

4. Winner shall receive two nights' accommodation including breakfast and dinner at either The White Hart in Dorchester-on-Thames, Villiers in Buckingham, The Peppers in Deddington or The Deddington Arms in Deddington.

5. Weekend Break is for two adults.

6. The winning Weekend Break must be booked within one month of the winner being notified and must be taken within 6 months of notification (subject to availability).

7. No purchase necessary. Judges' decision is final. No correspondance will be entered into.

8. No employee or their families of The Oxfordshire Hotels Group, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion may enter the draw.

9. Only one entry permitted per household. Entrants must be 18 or over. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Oxfordshire Hotels Group can accept no responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to prizewinners or their property as a result of accepting the prize.
